• Prepare and organize course materials for PMP classes
• Facilitate PMP / CAPM courses (physical and online live courses)
• Facilitate and participate in post sessions revision with students
• Be willing to travel to conduct classes within region
• Part Time or Full Time

Requirements:

• PMP Certified
• 1 - 3 years of experience managing agile projects
• Obtain an agile certification, such as the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification
• PMI Authorized Instructor

Training Coordinator responsibilities includes:-

• Communicating with managers to identify training needs.
• Mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational sessions
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
