Dr. Rumesh Kumar

Who are they?
Dr Rumesh Kumar, PMP, PMI-ACP, CKM is the Founder and Managing Director of Sharma Management International. He provides consultancy in developing  high performance organizational culture as an associate consultant to Denison Consulting USA.

He has been involved in designing and delivering customised corporate management training programs in a very broad range areas in management over the last twenty five years. He has guided hundreds of people in preparing for their PMP and Agile certification as a certified trainer and course facilitator.

Being an Agile Certified Practitioner he regularly conducts trainings on how to optimise agility in the workplace in order to overcome challenges associated with becoming more agile. In addition, he coaches large organizations in developing an maintaining and agile workforce.

As a Certified Knowledge Manager, he specializes in helping organizations manage their knowledge assets better. He provides training and consulting services in Knowledge Management as an Instructor for the Knowledge Management Institute USA.


Dato' Prof. Dr. Ir. Ts. Annuar Mohd Saffar

YBhg Dato' Prof. Dr. Ir. Ts. Annuar Mohd Saffar is an engineer and a corporate person with experience in airport/aerotropolis planning, technology park management, industrial development and promotion, as well as petrochemical complex maintenance and operations.  Among the senior positions that he had held before were as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KXP AirportCity Holdings Sdn. Bhd, and as the President & Group Chief Executive Officer of Kulim Technology Park Corporation (KTPC), Kulim Hi-Tech Park. Dato' Annuar is passionate about sourcing fund for R & D, and enterpreneurship programs at universities. He was instrumental in getting KTPC Board of Directors to provide RM 5.0 million R & D endowment to Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Universiti Malaysia Perlis, to conduct research and analytical works in resolving common industry problems at Kulim High Tech Park.

Dr. Sanath Sukumaran

Who are they?

Dr Sanath is a Certified Knowledge Manager. He is also the head of Knoco Malaysia as sole affiliate partner of Knoco UK in Malaysia. Knoco is one of UK’s largest and prestigious KM organizations. His doctoral dissertation that he completed in 2017 was in Knowledge Management with an emphasis on strategic enterprise wide tacit knowledge elicitation exercise.

Dr. Sanath has the distinction of having conducted KM consultancy and training over a broad spectrum of industries namely automobile, legal, higher education, training, media, software development and banking. His notable work includes KM policy and governance framework for the largest department of the Malaysian civil service.

Dr. Sanath has published numerous research findings on Knowledge Management research and practice over the last 15 years. His research focuses on contemporary and renewed approaches towards KM systems development, elicitation of tacit knowledge and KM systems frameworks. He has presented his ideas on many Knowledge Management practices in international conferences in Malaysia and overseas. He is also in the editorial board of European Knowledge Management Conference which stands as the longest annual KM conference in the world.

Masha Ibeschitz-Manderbach

Who are they?

Masha Ibeschitz is a certified Executive Leadership Coach, Founder and Chairwoman of Think Beyond (www.thinkbeyondgroup.eu ) with over 25 years of experience in leadership and development. In addition to her business studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, NLP master’s degree and professional experience in HR and as a lecturer, she is a certified Kirkpatrick partner, PCM coach, DiSG trainer and chief transfer enabler at the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness, just to name a few.

Douglas Weidner is one of only a few pioneering KM practitioners since KM's earliest days. He is a respected KM consultant, trainer, columnist, speaker and mentor. Douglas developed the internationally acclaimed Certified.Knowledge Manager (CKM) and Master CKM Certification Programs in 1999 - 2001, based on his KM consulting and training experiences. Udhay Sharma

Udhay Sharma is very passionate about the application of Agile methodologies. He specializes in areas of agile project management, specifically the Scrum framework.

An engineer by profession, he is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Developer as well as a Certified Scrum Trainer. He has conducted multiple Agile Project Management training courses for organizations such as Honda, Public Bank and Nestle. 

He has also written a number of articles on the practical aspects of Scrum implementation and is presently working with an organization to improve upon their current Scrum practices.

Dr. Randhir Pushpa

Dr. Randhir Pushpa is a:

Dr. Randhir Pushpa is the founder and chief consultant of ACIES Innovations. He has worked extensively with organizations in areas related to employee productivity improvement, efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Randhir previously worked with Wipro Technologies, Unisys, HPE and DXC Technologies. He worked in the Innovation team and Knowledge management function in these organizations and also led teams that developed AI-driven tools. The AI-driven search engine that his team developed for Application Support function of DXC was considered ahead of the curve.

Randhir did his PhD from Indian Institute of Science and has more than 19 years of experience in Knowledge and Innovation Management. He studied the innovative behavior of software product development as part of his doctoral work.

Randhir regularly publishes his research work and thoughts on Artificial intelligence, Smart Organizations and Knowledge management. Seelan V. Karthi

Who are they?

Seelan V. Karthi is a full-time corporate trainer, facilitator, coach, consultant and speaker. Dr. Mani Maran Ratnam

Who are they?
Dr. Mani Maran Ratnam, a Malaysian national and full-time HRD Corp Certified Trainer, brings a wealth of academic and professional expertise spanning various industries. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Polytechnic of Wales, UK (1991) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Malaya (1985). Additionally, he is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng. IMechE) accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK (2015) and holds certification as a Certified HRDF Trainer from Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (2008).

His extensive career includes roles at prestigious institutions such as Universiti Sains Malaysia (1995–2021) and Tunku Abdul Rahman College (1991–1995), covering positions from Professor/Associate Professor/Lecturer to Lecturer/Senior Lecturer. He also served as a Site Engineer (Piping) at IHI Co. Ltd. (1987–1988).

Dr. Mani Maran has conducted numerous comprehensive training programs and workshops, including those on Dimensional Metrology, Image Processing Using MATLAB, and workshops on writing Journal Papers and MSc/PhD Theses. Notably, he has facilitated Training Workshops on Machine Vision focusing on Lighting, Optics, Cameras, and Image Processing Fundamentals for various companies and institutions.
